We’re not here to tell you how meaningful a fingerprint is. You already know what it represents: a loved one, a memory, something deeply personal… the list goes on.
What we do want to remind you of is this. It is completely one-of-a-kind. No one in the world will ever have the same fingerprint pendant as you. And beyond the meaning it carries, that alone makes it something truly rare.
It’s a way of keeping someone close. Of carrying a part of them with you, always. And we LOVE that.

Our usual manufacturing time is 3 weeks for website orders from the time we receive the payment for your order. Orders can be fast tracked, when possible, at an additional jump-the-queue fee of R350 (5-7 business days).

We want all of our customers to be happy with purchases made at Janine Binneman Jewellery. However, if you receive any products that you are unhappy with, you may contact us within 2 weeks of receiving it and we will offer you a store credit for the item.
The purchase price is the amount you paid for the product and does not include any delivery costs.

Products returned must be unused, unworn, and undamaged. We shall have no obligation to accept any return that we receive after the expiration of the applicable return period (2 weeks after receipt of your parcel). Please ensure when returning the parcel that the products are properly protected.

- Two soft wax balls, one for practice and one for your final design
- Precision craft knife for shaping and refining
- Scribe for adding fine patterns and details
- Step-by-step instructions to guide you through the carving process, with tips and techniques to help you create your own unique pendant
- Small tub for safely transporting your finished wax model
- Padded envelope for the collection and return of your final design
A little note for you:
- Courier fees for both sending and receiving your pendant are included.
- Your final piece will be crafted in sterling silver.
- Additional metal options are available on request via WhatsApp.
- A curb chain is included, so your pendant arrives ready to wear.
It Only Takes a Few Little Steps
Step One
Warm up the wax ball between your fingers until it becomes soft and workable.
Step Two
Once it’s softened, shape it into your desired form (we’re not going for perfect here) and gently press your fingerprint into the wax.
Step Three
Add any carvings or details you’d like using the scribe provided.
Step Four
Carefully place your wax masterpiece into the provided box for safekeeping.
Step Five
Send it back to us. We’ll take it from here. Once your piece is complete, we’ll send it straight back to you, ready to wear and treasure.
