I'm Janine
Three decades of breaking rules, trusting my instincts and creating jewellery that refuses to blend in!
For nearly three decades, I've been designing and handcrafting jewellery for women who love colour, creativity and expressing exactly who they are.
My world revolves around beautiful gemstones, outrageous creativity, incredible craftsmanship and helping people create jewellery that feels deeply personal.

Our Wonderful Bunch
Adele
Our office’s Jill of all trades, tackling everything from client relations and marketing to tech support and sewing our glorious photoshoot outfits. She’s also a cat and crafting fanatic!
Celest
Our highly skilled, super versatile and unflappable goldsmith who brings Janine’s visions to life. She’s also our resident animal whisperer and definitely Fysh Cat’s person.
Nicola
Our not-so-secret weapon, with a sunshine smile and can-do attitude. Her creative flair spans everything from jewellery to nail art and jerseys.
Rocky
Rocky (aka Rocketchio) is our rambunctious Rottweiler! He is loud, proud and the biggest baby in the house! He loves his ball, his mommy (even though he is meant to be daddy’s boy!) and his lulu pops, but his favourite is definitely Sir Huffington!
Domino
Domino (aka The Unicorn) is our black and white fluff ball. She is the ONLY shy kitty in the studio and is our minister without a portfolio. Occasionally she will pop into the studio, but that is only so she can pick up her paycheck! Sparky is her person and vica versa.
Fysh Cat From Dawg
Fysh Cat from Dawg (aka Head Of Security) is our gansta cat. Celest is his main girl and he takes his job of protecting his people very seriously! He loves his wet food treats, but always says hold the meaty nuggets.
Sir Huffington
Sir Huffington (aka His Royal Highness) is our mighty Main Coon. He is the epitome of “cats have staff” and is always finding fault with his studio slaves! He is (not so) patiently waiting for Janine to design his emerald crown that he so rightly deserves!
Miss Poh
Miss Poh (aka Poh-Pie Lopie) is our blue-eyed girl. She is small but oh-so magnificent! She is the ultimate lap cat and doesn’t let her ‘poepie leg’ slow her down or stop her from living her best life. She is completely ruled by her stomach, which seems to be a bottomless hole; no one knows where she puts it!! Don’t tell anyone, but she is the apple of Janine’s eye!
Ophelia
Ophelia (aka Fifi) is our green-eyed beauty. While she still has some growing to do, she is the softest furred of all – just don’t touch her tummy! She loves to hang in the studio, learning the trade from Celest or doing paperwork with Adele and Isobel. We think she may have traded her tail with a squirrel; it’s sooooo fluffffffeeee!
Otis
Otis (aka Otie Patotie) is our flame point Siamese boy. He is very ham-sum, the most curious of the cats, and is always looking for a new adventure. He LOVES a sand bath and does not share the spotlight easily! He will happily be your friend; just do NOT try and steal his mommy’s attention!
Lulu
Lulu (aka lulu-pops) is our best girl! She is our happiest, friendliest black Lab ever and because she is eternally a puppy, just wants to play, play, play! She loves it when Otis gives her kisses and if she thinks you are worthy, she will share her blankie with you!

A Whole Lot of Heart
The Underdog Project is a registered non-profit that brings vulnerable youth and shelter dogs together to inspire collective healing.
Their crusade of kindness speaks straight to our hearts. Through animal-assisted activities, they help teach empathy and build confidence in at-risk youth while giving shelter dogs the love, connection and attention they deserve.
Every year, we donate a special piece of jewellery to The Underdog Project’s annual auction to help raise much-needed funds for their work. We have to be the change we want to see in this world!
The MENstruation Foundation
Janine joined The MENstruation Foundation as one of its superstar ambassadors in 2023, supporting a cause very close to her heart.
The organisation fights period poverty and works to give women and girls the dignity and freedom to participate fully in everyday life. Because no one should have to miss school, sport, work or life simply because they can’t afford sanitary products.
