Shipping and delivery

We will supply all goods to the delivery company in good order.
You may request for us to take a picture, which will be taken with your invoice, of your items before they are sealed in their final packaging, but cannot ensure that the goods arrive at your chosen delivery address in the same good order and thus do not take responsibility for damage to items during transit.

  • Tracking numbers will be emailed to you once we have handed your package over for delivery.
  • Ram, our chosen courier service, delivers your package to your door within 3 – 5 working days of shipping.
  • Once the package leaves our premises with the third party (courier), we will not be held liable for the delivery of your package.

All courier charges do include insurance (up to the value of R7000). We will not be held responsible to any loss or theft of items once it has been handed over to the delivery company.

*Please note that we cannot ship to P.O Boxes and Postnet Suites.

We aim to process your order within 72 hours of it being placed. Please allow 4-6 weeks for manufacturing, from date of receipt of payment. Orders can be fast tracked at an additional fee of R250. We will try our best to have your order ready in 3 to 5 working days for shipping, depending on stock and suppliers.

Janine Binneman Jewellery only ships orders Monday to Friday, during office hours, and does not operate on public holidays.

Once an order has been registered, payment accepted and order shipped, it is in the care of courier service. We are not liable for any errors made by these services.

Once you have received your parcel, please open it with care. Janine Binneman Jewellery is not liable for any items damaged during the opening of your parcel. Any guarantees or representations made as to delivery times are subject to any delays resulting from postal delays or force majeure for which we will not be responsible.
